Originally from Elmhurst, Illinois, born of Bolivian parents of European descent, this “LATINA” Lucrecia, earned a degree in business and criminology from Florida State University. When she returned to Florida in 1997 after living in South America for several years with her husband, she met a real estate agent while touring available apartments with her mother. Inspired to become one herself, Lucrecia persuaded the agent to let her advertise her building’s units under the agent’s name and split the profits, and Lucrecia’s pursuit paid off big. The agent took Lucrecia under her wing, and she became the seventh-highest producer at her brokerage in her first year.
After working as a sales director for developments, Lucrecia transitioned back to general real estate and leveraged her innate street smarts and drive to carve out her niche in luxury condo sales and became the vice president of real estate at her previous brokerage. A top producer since inception, Lucrecia has since assembled a one-stop shop comprising a capable team that assists with interior design, legal matters, property development, and more. Service never sleeps, so Lucrecia makes herself available 24/7 before, during, and after the transaction. As a real estate professional, Lucrecia always goes the extra mile for her clients. Her signature tenacity has led her to sell out more than one multimillion-dollar development in Miami, contributing to her jaw-dropping $2 billion-plus sales record. And she doesn’t stop at the water’s edge: Lucrecia is one of the few agents who have incorporated yacht sales into her service offering.
